What they do
The company's systems can perceive their surroundings via ultrasound in real-time which is used for best in class mobile robotic 3D collision avoidance, providing clients highest degrees of robotics safety. The market launch with key mobile robotics players has started in second half of 2022.
Product & technology
The 3D ultrasonic sensor technology is a software-driven system that can detect multiple object positions in three-dimensional space. It sends out an ultrasonic pulse that bounces off surrounding objects, and an array of microphones on the sensor detects the reflected pulse. The echoes are then calculated as 3D coordinates. This technology is used for 3D collision avoidance in mobile industrial robots, and customers can use it as a plug-and-play solution with a software license.
